| Apr 1991 | Changed the business name from Ohkubo Co., Ltd. to Jewel Verite Ohkubo Co., Ltd. Bought out all shares of Sun Ohkubo Co., Ltd. to reinforce the optical foudations. |
| Sep 1991 | Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. |
| Apr 1993 | Opened the Tokushima Store in Tokushima City, entering the Shikoku area. |
| Jan 1995 | Transferred all shares of Sun Ohkubo Co., Ltd., a subsidiary. |
| Oct 1995 | Opened Optic Verite Co., Ltd. to improve the efficiency of the glasses business. |
| Sep 1997 | Established a distribution center in Higashi Ueno, Tokyo. |
| Oct 1997 | Began store business of a new brand, "La Verite". |
| Apr 1999 | Shifted one store to a subsidiary to streamline the efficiency of store business and established Jewelry Shinon Co., Ltd. (presently a consolidated subsidiary). |

| Feb 2005 | Established the Central Craft Center/the E-commerce Business Department. |
| Aug 2005 | Changed the business name from Jewel Verite Ohkubo Co., Ltd. to Verite Co., Ltd. |
| Feb 2006 | Established Sobac Co., Ltd. (presently a consolidated subsidiary) to improve the efficiency of distribution. |

| Feb 2007 | Concluded a sublicense contract with Societe du Figaro, France. |
